TCG provides instructor led and remote training. Our knowledge level based training ensures you get the information needed to increase productivity.

Basic level instruction includes introduction to computer hardware, applications used to get on the Internet, send and recieve email, word processing and the operating system.

Intermediate level instruction introduces the user to application and operating system features that increase productitvity. Including basic troubleshooting, collaboration and system customization.

Advanced instruction teaches the user advanced troubleshooting methods, application and operating system tips and tricks, network troubleshooting, resource sharing, and restoration techniques.
